They are responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing customer HR data and producing dashboards to help companies make data-driven decisions. They work closely with customers to understand their specific needs, and ensure that data is accurate, up-to-date, and presented in a way that maximizes its strategic impact.
DATA MIGRATION CONSULTANTS
They advise the customer on data recovery strategies, carries out data verification and import processes, raise awareness of the criticality of the scope of the project, and innovate to continually optimize and improve data migration processes. As data is nothing without functionality, the consultant must collaborate with functional and technical teams, daily.
INTERFACES CONSULTANTS
Its mission is to implement inter-application integration within the HRIS ecosystem. They propose and deploy technical solutions in line with the business needs expressed and the technologies available. Their main operational tools focus on the APIs of the systems to be integrated, as well as middleware enabling the deployment of automated ETL processes.
