Your experience
3 to 5 years of experience in HRIS or HR systems focused on tools and technology.
Main activities
SAP HR/Payroll System Configuration and Maintenance:
- Configure and customize SAP HR/Payroll modules to meet organizational needs.
- Ensure system accuracy and optimize payroll processing for efficiency.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to keep SAP HR modules current.
Payroll Processing and Issue Resolution
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing within the SAP environment, ensuring timely and accurate payroll runs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues and errors quickly.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement solutions.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure payroll processes are compliant with relevant regulations, policies, and tax requirements.
- Create, analyze, and maintain payroll-related reports and dashboards for insights and decision-making.
- Audit payroll activities to detect and correct discrepancies, ensuring data integrity.
User Support and Training
- Provide technical support and guidance to HR and payroll teams using SAP HR modules.
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides to enhance system knowledge and utilization.
- Act as a subject matter expert for payroll and SAP HR-related questions and escalations.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with HR, finance, and IT teams to improve payroll processes and address cross-functional needs.
- Participate in ongoing projects to enhance SAP HR/Payroll capabilities and improve efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automation and streamline payroll operations.
Profile required
- Autonomy, curiosity, thoroughness, and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.
- Motivated to develop your skills in technical areas and continuously improve.
- Proficient in the Office suite and/or other relevant IT tools.
- Master Knowledge of French Payroll Legislation
- Comfortable leading meetings and interacting with customers, with strong communication skills.
- Capable of summarizing information clearly and producing detailed documentation and operational procedures.
- Able to work effectively in a French and English-speaking project environment.
